For this client our initial brief was to complete the company branding to the specification and to advise on their digital marketing strategy.
Once the first phase was completed we were invited by the managing director of CJM to support with improving the businesses processes and to help with strategic planning for 2023.
We are now providing one to one business coaching for this client on a monthly basis.
